Mr. Houthuijzen graduated from Grinnell College in Iowa with a double major in philosophy and political science. He attended South Texas College of Law for law school and graduated in 2016 becoming a licensed attorney by the State Bar of Texas in the same year. He is also licensed in the Supreme Court of the United States, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and every federal district court in the State of Texas.
